Get training from Greenpeace, an organization known internationally for their dynamic campaigns. Learn skills to organize your own campaign, get involved on the ground and campaigns you can use your skills on in Metro Vancouver. Skills learned in this workshop will be useful for on the ground campaigns as well as to organize yourself and colleagues for the upcoming provincial election.

Session 1: 9:45am - 12noon
Learn about organizing your own campaign - this session will focus on helping you to make sure your campaign message is the right message, that you have the capacity and organizational resources to complete the campaign and what your action will be for the campaign.

Session 2: 1pm to 3pm
Putting what you learned about developing a campaign to use by learning about local campaigns, on the ground action and how to get engaged when you are on the ground during a non-violent direct action scenario.

The sessions will build on each other to give you the best idea of how to build and develop your campaign however, they if needed participants can choose to attend only one session - please select your tickets accordingly. Unless the event sells out there will be spaces available at the door.
Vegetarian lunch will be included for those attending both sessions. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
