Stop Kinder Morgan - No Consent, No Pipeline!

Join PIPE UP at this Rally and March on November 19th (Note that PIPE UP does not encourage people to do anything illegal, peaceful protest is how we are choosing to be involved)

Quoted from fb event page:

Everything has changed since last week and we have a real opportunity to stop Kinder Morgan's pipeline and tanker project by showing the depth of opposition to it here in BC. UBCIC is launching a “Take the Pledge” campaign for Coastal Protectors to prepare for escalating actions if Trudeau approves the Kinder Morgan pipeline. We will take the pledge to show Trudeau the scale of BC's opposition. If Trudeau wants Clayoquot Sound 2.0 in the middle of Metro Vancouver – he’ll get it.

This event takes place on the traditional, unceded, occupied territories of the səlil̓wətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

We have seats available in Electric Vehicles to carry people from City Hall with the march to Library Square. If you or someone you know would like to reserve a seat please contact:

Yvon Raoul

We will also have two tents set up for First Nations and other elders at Library Square where they can sit comfortably."
